- DOMESTIC USA · All orders are being fulfilled within 3-5 business days, and shipped from New Orleans, Louisiana via USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to the address provided during checkout once your order has shipped.
- INTERNATIONAL · Not currently shipping outside of the US, but plan to very soon! Follow along @chloenoelstudio on instagram to be notified.

Please fill out the Refund Request form below. Returns are accepted on new & like new items within 30 days of delivery. Do not send your purchase back without first filling out the form and receiving a response.
- PROCESSING · Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive & fulfill your request.
- REFUNDS · Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- DAMAGE · If your product was damaged during shipment, send a photo using the form below and a replacement will be on the way.
